This reason is being the 2 properties which is set for the node &#8216;\/content&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: purple;\">sling:resourceType as sling:redirect<\/span> and<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: purple;\">sling:target as \/geohome<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: purple;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: purple;\">\/geohome<\/span> is set as the vanityPath for the <span style=\"color: purple;\">geometixx-outdoors site<\/span>,which is turn has a redirectTarget set to <span style=\"color: purple;\">\/content\/geometrixx\/en.<\/span><br \/>\n<b><br \/>\n<\/b><b>How to Change ?<\/b><br \/>\n<b><br \/>\n<\/b>Most likely, we would want to change the root mapping from <span style=\"color: purple;\">\/geohome<\/span> to our own application in the publish instance and the same can be done by 2 types which are mention below:<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"color: purple;\">1. \/Content :<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"color: purple;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/b>We know, in publish instance root mapping is set to <span style=\"color: purple;\">\/content.html<\/span>. So go to the content node and change the URL for the property&nbsp;<span style=\"color: purple;\">sling:target<\/span>&nbsp;to your own application content node and save.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/lhotsetechnologies.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Capture21.png\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"88\" src=\"http:\/\/lhotsetechnologies.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Capture21-300x42.png\" width=\"640\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"color: purple;\"><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: purple;\"><b>2. ConfigMgr :<\/b><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: purple;\"><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/span>Login to the config manager console directly either in author or publish which you want to change, search for the<span style=\"color: purple;\"> Day CQ Root Mapping <\/span>and change the &#8216;<span style=\"color: purple;\">Target Path<\/span>&#8216; to the page which you want to show and click on save.
