Introduction to Client Details

This guide will define the brief Introduction of Client Details.

Client Details helps Author in keeping track of clients. Author can store client information (both Indian and foreign) in the Invoicing System's Client Details function, which will be utilised to generate invoices later.

Within the Invoicing System, the Author will find multiple features designed to manage various aspects of the invoicing. Among other features, the highlighted one is the Client Details feature, as shown in the UI below.

Once the author clicks on the Client Details icon, the author will be redirected to the Client listing.

We modified the fiscal year in the header dropdown in the Template Feature. Since the year selected works globally, all the data displayed will now be relevant to that fiscal year.

Here, the Author can see the list of both Indian (INR) and Foreign (LUT) clients, the list is of Active clients (The Clients which are currently working with the author) by default, but if the author wants to see inactive clients or all clients, he/she can do it using the dropdown in the Client Listing UI.

To see the Inactive/All clients, select the type in the dropdown and click on the Go button next to the dropdown, as shown in the below UI. And the list of Inactive/All clients will be visible on the Client Listing UI.
