This guide will define the brief Introduction of Expense Management

Expense Management is a very important feature in the Invoicing System, which helps the Author in managing all the expenses. This feature provides a graphical representation of expenses categorized by financial year.

Also Author can switch between different graph types—such as bar charts and line graphs for better visualization and analysis. The Author can see the graph of all expenses at once and can also switch to graphs of particular expenses. The feature also enables the author to analyze expenses over selected time frames, such as the past 3 months, 6 months, or the previous financial year, by clicking on buttons in the top right corner.

In Expense Dashboard, by default it will show a combine graph of all expenses of choosen financial year. But the aythor can changethe graphical representation by clicking on the buttons. There are multiple buttons using which author can see different details in the graph. In the top corner, there are buttons to see monthly and yearly data such as 3 months, 6 months and last 1 year.

In bottom section, there are buttons to see the partcular expenses graph and by using all button the author can see the combine graph of all expenses.

The Auhor can also change the type of by clicking on the Bar and line buttons. By licking on the bar button, the Author can switch to bar graphs while clicking on the line button can switch to line graphs.

Author can also switch to detailed graph and without Detailed graph by clicking on WD and WOD buttons respectively. By clicking on WD buttons, it will show a graph for all expenses simultaneously. And by clicking on WOD button , will show a combined graph of all expenses.

Key Features

Salary: This Feature allows Author to keep track of salary records of Employees. The Author can view detailed salary information for specific financial years.

Cafeteria: This feature enables Author to track and manage cafeteria expense records. It allows for detailed logging of purchases, spending, and helps into budgeting and cost analysis.

Recursive: This Feature helps in maintaining recursively occurng records.

Events: This feature assists in tracking and managing event related expenses, providing a of all financial transactions related to an event.

Others: This Feature Allows Author to kee track of other expenses.

Maintenance: This feature enables Author to track and manage maintenance related expense records, providing a clear and organized view of all costs associated with maintenance and repairs..
